Join us for this retreat where we will have deep contact with nature through the sea, the wind and the sun in one of the most beautiful places of Sardinia. This exclusive private estate is located on one of the best kite surf beaches, Porto Pollo, so we will have the opportunity to explore and challenge ourselves on the surfboard. Two yoga sessions a day and plant based and anti-inflammatory food will make you a more glowing person from the inside out.

During our Glow Retreats you will experience a deep and long lasting detox of both mind and body. We put high value on details and our goal is to cuddle you as much as we can during these days to support you to find clarity in your mind, lightness in your body and peace within.

YOGA

Louise will guide you on the yoga mat twice a day. A vinyasa flow in the morning to heat up the body, to create more mobility and strength and a yin session in the evening to cool down. During the retreat we will explore different pranayama and meditation techniques to really get in contact with our bodies and become more present. All the yoga sessions are held in English and are open to all levels.

NUTRITION

Valentina will prepare all the meals in the most nurturing way possible. All her meals are plant based, gluten free and sugar free prepared mostly with fresh vegetables and fruit from the vegetable garden in the property. She will give information about the ingredients she uses and she will explane the importance of eating in a mindful way.

ULIA DE PEDRA

This private owned property is located in Porto Pollo, 50 min from Olbia airport. It’s really one of the most unique locations we ever visited. It is situated on a private hill with a beautiful view over the Maddalena island. We will have access to the beach by cruising on a small river in the property. Beside kite surfing there are plenty of other activities like kajak, paddleboard, mountain bike and horseback riding. The place was newly renovated in a modern but yet a traditional local style. Since this is a private property, we have a limited number of rooms and we do only offer double accommodations. So this is a great opportunity to come and share this experience with your partner or friend.
