YOGA SESSIONS
The yoga program is created and guided by Louise von Celsing, offering two practices a day.
Louise loves to integrate the physical practice with mindfulness and yogic philosophy.
The Morning sessions begin with a fun and energizing Vinyasa practice where you will flow around on your mat with the rhythm of your breath. Where you will create heat in your body in order to increase your strength, create balance and release tension.
The Evening sessions are a more restorative and calm YIN practice. YIN is a slower style of yoga where you stay in longer periods of time with each pose, sometimes up to 5 minutes. You work a lot with the flexibility of your body and the resistance of your mind.
As a treat, Louise offers a daily workshop which includes everything from asana training to deeper yoga discussions. These workshops are here for you to reach even higher in your yoga journey.
The yoga program is open to all different levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. All the classes are held in English.
